What Are FairPlates?
FairPlates are fully consolidated, multi-layer laminates delivered by Fairmat, precisely designed and cut to meet customer requirements. Available as plates or custom parts, they offer fully customizable mechanical properties.
Dimensions can be up to 2 x 3 meters, with no thickness limitations, from 0.5mm to block form.
They can feature customized aesthetic surface finishes such as peelply, gel coat, or even Class A. These laminates serve as high-performance subcomponents for assembly or co-molding, feedstock for secondary processing (machining, reforming), or as finished components.
They are available with thermoset matrices and thermoplastic matrices.
Organo Sheets
Consolidated laminates that combine the use of Fairmat Chips laminated with thermoplastic films represent a new frontier in the world of composites materials. The cost-effective solution can easily be trimmed and thermoformed to create 2D and 2.5D profiles in seconds.
